“Ate their second time this week. Claire was our server and she couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient! She’s obviously a people person. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We enjoyed baked chicken, liver and onions and clam strips and meatloaf. Of course, the homemade bread is delicious.“

“We were in Daytona Beach for vacation and staying at the Wndym Ocean Walk Resort. Starlite Diner was within walking distance so we decided to try it. Best food ever! we ate there 3 or 4 times during the week! Never a bad meal! Excellent service too! All the staff were attentive and food was served timely. 100% recommend!“

“Great good on Easter Sunday. Problem:,pieces of paper on the floor (at least 5 and one larger crumpled up piece) and none of the waitresses, or the help, would stop to pick them up. Also my Cabernet had so much sediment in the bottom it left a huge skid mark up the side of the glass. Seems like a change in managers or increased training.“

“We tried Steve’s on a whim while on vacation a few years ago. We were blown away by food. It all tastes incredible and the portions are huge. The homemade bread really stands out and they always have a couple tasty soup options every day. My parents often visit Daytona Beach and they eat at Steve’s Famous Diner at least once per visit. My mom loves the stuffed peppers and my dad gets the Monte Cristo sandwich. They eat the leftovers for the next two meals. I just tried the fried chicken in April and loved it. The servers are always friendly and attentive. The food comes out pretty quick too. I can’t recommend this place more.“

“Visiting Daytona beach for the Rolex 24 and had to stop at Denny’s but this location is different than the others.

Staff is welcoming, friendly, very informative always ready to put their best foot forward in order to deliver you the best experience possible.

Cathy and Stephanie being the two most prominent faces we’ve encountered and goodness gracious are they extremely nice, funny and hospitable.
