If you have a door dash don’t accept it if it’s here after over hearing the employee says that dashers have to wait and he is only prioritizing in-store customers I ask a fellow dasher how long she been there and she said 15 minutes we do not get paid by the hour like the employees who work at these type of establishments and I think they don’t understand that waiting for 15 minutes for an order. That’s been there already for 10 minutes before we got there is ridiculous.

Ordered a coffee and a bagel. When ordered arrived I bit into bagel and it was sour. I contacted store spoke with manager. I can get another one if I can drive there but I am stuck at work hungry. This should not happen. I have owned eateries and this is unexceptionable. So mad and hungry…will not order from here again.

Just wanted to say that every time I go to this particular Dunkin’s Dallas and Shannon always treat me with respect, politeness, very professional and humble. Makes me happy to see their faces because I wake up very early and the worse thing in life is to see a person upset at work. Kudos to these two????

I’ve only been to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts twice. 1st time a few months ago. I asked for a Hot caramel macchiato & I was served a cold one.Yesterday 3/15/24 I went in and asked for a Hot caramel macchiato & the lady at the register said she couldn’t understand me like I kept repeating what I wanted & she got upset so I said can you please get someone else to take my order? I said “it must be my accent” & she got really upset & said I can’t deal with lady! I said you don’t have to have that type of attitude dealing with customers, can you get a manager please. She started telling the manager I can’t deal with her. & said “with an attitude “ I don’t have an attitude!!! I looked at the manager & he looked at her & told her to step away. Then he apologized, took my order & said he’ll be talking to her. I said thank you. Mind you she went back to the register & kept talking to her coworkers & customers about me! I just sat & waited patiently for my order. Sadly I won’t be going there again. Such a shame…some people should not be working with the public. I remember her telling me she was sick. I sympathize but if that’s the attitude you’re going to have when you’re sick at work then you probably should stay home & not ruin everyone else’s day so early in the day.

I wish I could give a 0 star. These people here are a mess, have no idea what they are doing, blasting explicit music, and won’t help the new girl so she rung everything up wrong. They don’t know what they have or don’t have so you never know if you’re gonna get what you wanted in the first place. Go to the one on lpga and save yourself the headache.

They have an employee that greets you at the speaker by saying "Thanks for running on Dunkin. Order when you're ready." in this silly sing-song voice. The 5 stars are for you. I mean come on, I had to wait in line, to get in line. There was traffic backed up onto the street and the rest of us trying to merge together from the parking lot side. Very busy and this young lady had the patience to deal with grumpy people who hadn't had coffee yet. She deserves a raise. Now that I think about it, give her her own franchise location.

My daughter and I had the best experience here. That is all because of the most amazing Dunkin employee I’ve ever met, Chantel (or Chantal not positive on spelling). She was so kind and friendly and helpful. I wish all restaurant workers were a little like her. We will definitely be back!!
When I saw the drive thru line outside, I decided to go inside to see if it would be quicker. There was one customer ahead of me who was ordering a lot of donuts, so that took a few minutes to fill, but the person serving us was very friendly and helpful, and seemed to enjoy his job. I wasn't in the store for more than 10 minutes, and when I went back to my vehicle, I noticed that most of the cars still in the drive thru line were there when I went inside, so it was definitely faster to go inside the store. Lastly, the donuts and muffins were nice and fresh.

Typical Dunkin food. The biggest problem I feel is the service. Every employee just seems to slow walk every order. When I go to fast food in the drive thru. I expect the food to take less than 4 minutes when I'm the only person in the drive thru but end up sitting there for about 7. I have been here several times and have been handed the wrong order about half the time and if you order donuts in the drive-thru they tend to forget about it. Just a little tip to managers to set a little higher standard for employees and maybe actually have a manager in store during the morning hours.

Horrible service. Never go inside to get your food. You're better off sticking with drive thru. You can tell the people working here definitely hate their job. The cashier doesn't even acknowledge you, and she messed up my order and made me wait for over 20 minutes to correct the issue. Service here is horrible.
