They have an employee that greets you at the speaker by saying "Thanks for running on Dunkin. Order when you're ready." in this silly sing-song voice. The 5 stars are for you. I mean come on, I had to wait in line, to get in line. There was traffic backed up onto the street and the rest of us trying to merge together from the parking lot side. My daughter and I had the best experience here. That is all because of the most amazing Dunkin employee I’ve ever met, Chantel (or Chantal not positive on spelling). She was so kind and friendly and helpful. I wish all restaurant workers were a little like her. We will definitely be back!!

Just wanted to say that every time I go to this particular Dunkin’s Dallas and Shannon always treat me with respect, politeness, very professional and humble. Makes me happy to see their faces because I wake up very early and the worse thing in life is to see a person upset at work. Kudos to these two????
