Food was fine, but the Drive-Thru Order Taker was extremely rude. My fiancée who is hard of seeing was attempting to read the menu and we were continuously heckled by the person over the speaker who verbatim asked three times in under 10 seconds: "Are you done?" Our order was only four items. When we got to the window, our munchkins were incorrect, only to be told that they were out of glazed *at the window* instead of at the speaker. Apparently he forgot to tell us...
This location is busy all the time. No organization in process of serving because everyone is bumping into each other trying to race while getting things done. Service inside is slower than drive through. Drive through will not tell you the total until you're at the window.
We were in Daytona for a meeting. On Wednesday 4/24, we went to Duncan for coffee and donuts for our meeting. We were served by Chantal and she was AMAZING! We didn’t place our LARGE order ahead of time and Chantal handled it like a champ! This is exactly the kind of service that should be given 100% of the time no matter the circumstance. Thank you Chantal for your amazing customer service! We will see you next year when we attend our 2025 meeting.
