ICHI NI SAN Asian Ramen & Sushi

I came for the vegan sushi options which, honestly exceeded my expectations. I see that the menu can be a little vague in some areas. But overall, was very happy with the Avo roll and the cucumber wakame roll. Service was also very accommodating. Would come back for sure.

I came here for lunch one time, and got way more than expected. This place is perfect in almost every way. The service is incredibly quick, with nice employees who take pride in their job. The atmosphere is amazing, with the relaxing music and nice decorations. The food is high quality and makes it well worth the price.

Absolutely stellar meal and service when my wife and I dined in on 20 Sept 2024. The tempura vegetable and pork katsiu appetizer was amazing - not overly breaded and fried to perfection.

The portion sizes were above average compared to other restaurants We've had at similar price points. The flavor profile however absolutely blew anything else I've had domestically away.

I had the spicy duo katsu amen and the Missus had Spicy Pork Rib ramen. The slab of pork rib that came with hers looked and tasted absolutely exquisite and was cooked to perfection.

Next time we are in the Daytona Beach area we will definitely stop by again and would recommend anyone looking for solid ramen to do so as well.

this place is phenomenal, the curated atmosphere and the detail in the food presentation and flavors makes this the best Asian cuisine I've had and probably one of the best places in Daytona, no question. I've been back here many many times, the owner was very friendly and the overall experience was very nice. the food was fantastic, far better than my experience at a place like FIJI steakhouse. There's an authentic sushi counter here and the ingredients, especially the seafood, are noticably fresh and high quality, you can taste the difference. I usually get the double maguro roll or pork tonkatsu ramen and jasmine tea because they're my favorites but I have tried a lot and I haven't found a dish I didn't thoroughly enjoy. I've taken several friends and family here, it's my go-to for visitors and definitely my favorite place in Daytona. Highly recommend it whenever I can. The price is a little high for a broke college student like me but this is the one place I save up for because it is so worth it.

Amazing food! Every bite = happiness. We had several sushi rolls and shared the dish Asian shrimp and calamari salt and pepper over jasmine rice. Everything was so delicious, complex flavors. Unique, warm atmosphere. Excellent service. Will definetly be going back.

There are no descriptions on the menu and when asked only an incomplete list of ingredients was given. When the food arrived it was not what I had expected and they refused exchange or refund my dish. The prices do not match the quality of the experience and I will not be returning.

We broke our rule and ate here more than once during our stay at Ormond Beach. Both nights we had Tom as our waiter. The food was fresh and well spiced. (they are bold with the seasoning. Pay attention to your spice level when you order.)

Also, very nice ambient ambience located right along the river .

Server really didn’t know much about the food. The tomyum soup was pretty good but the others were okay. Probably will not be returning. There’s better places for less money.
