ICHI NI SAN Asian Ramen & Sushi

🍜 Cutest spot on Beach St!! The Ramen is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and attentive! Such a small cozy vibe! They have a huge menu and many different options for vegans, vegetarians, etc. I ordered the Japanese Miso Tofu Ramen and my brother ordered the Chicken Katsu Ramen. Hot and delicious food! Definitely coming back soon! The matcha boba tea was great too.

Love the atmosphere and ambiance! Place is super clean, bright and fun with friendly staff. Def check this place out - its now our go to sushi place in Daytona.

Some of the best Sushi Ramen in Daytona beach

This was the first, and so far, only sushi restaurant that i have gone to where they said they could not make *any* sushi gluten-free, not even nigiri .. that makes absolutely no sense, and they even had gluten-free soy sauce (but i guess for *preference only*).
I ordered Pad Thai, and it was truly amazing ... but I really wanted sushi, and i don't understand why they couldn't put raw fish on some rice.

The space and staff were all very nice. However, on their website they say they have a “clear and expansive vegan menu”. It was not very clear, there was a VG next to some items (which according to their menu meant “meatless”) but it was not clearly labeled as vegan. It was also not very expansive, as there were two different types of entrees and a few appetizers the staff identified as vegan to us. It’s a little frustrating seeing one thing on the website and being told another thing in person. Was the food good though? Yes. But the labeling is really my biggest criticism.

Excellent food quality that is well worth the money. The Thai food is authentically delicious, and the Japanese dishes offer a traditional taste that sets them apart from the usual spots in the US. Genuine flavors and great service.
The Thai Ramen and Signature sushi roll are must try.

I loved the taste of the food; everything was delicious. I recommend the ramen; it's a must-order when you come here.

Best Ramen and Sushi in Daytona Beach area.

Customer ser and atmosphere is great I just don’t really enjoy the one hour of closing time and reopening

The food is really good but we really miss the sever Sam. We used to go there a lot bcuz the service is really good but all the servers don’t seem like they got well treated. I don’t think they even get the tip which is really bad and makes me don’t wanna support that kind of business anymore. It’s such a shame.
