Normally love going to Jeremiah’s however this last time was quite disappointing. My girlfriend and I went there for some ice cream we had some rewards as well, we go to order, scanner doesn’t work, and had issues with doing two separate rewards, the girl who served us had red hair, was very unprofessional was wearing pajama pants and we ordered a chocolate soft serve in a cone and was given in a cup and then I ordered a med peppermint bark and she gave use peppermint cookie insisting we said that when I said peppermint bark, my girlfriend said it, and the screen said it as well. She threw an attitude and redid the order. Mistakes happen but this was very unprofessional behavior and not happy at all with the service.

The staff suck and can be rude and lazy. They never see mobile orders. When I'm there to get my online order, I have to wait for all the walk-ups to place and get their orders first. If I don't complain, they'll make me wait till there's no one in line. This includes people that walked up after I arrived and placed their orders at the window and left before me. This place needs new management and staff.

Parking: Don't use online ordering for this establishment. It's not worth it

Let me just say... you cannot go wrong with Jeremiah's!! The blue raspberry is SO good!! It is always great and friendly customer service. Thank you for being so AWESOME!! We really need one of these in Lake City....

Delicious gelatis and fast friendly service. They do have a problem with bees ? around the tables outside — pestering us constantly. I’d grab your desert to go.

Parking: Street parking is limited. There is a parking lot and a garage a few minutes walk away.

I was visiting some friends in the area and they brought us here. I loved it so much that I came back nearly every night! There are so many different flavor combinations and it's very reasonably priced. The soft serve vanilla is easily one of the best I have ever tried!

Parking: There are some close parking spots that are frequently filled but there is a bigger parking area behind the store though it is a further walk.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is on flat ground and easily accessible from the parking areas. There is also plenty of room to move around the tables placed in front of the store.

Wonderful location, staff is friendly & affordable prices! Always enjoy bringing grandkids here, the Italian ice and gelati are delicious! Just difficult to find parking and there is no drive thru, so come during the week!

This is my absolute favorite place to come for dessert but a lot of times I will place an order ahead of time in the afternoon as I did today so I can pick up a sweet treat on my lunch break really quickly and when I get there to pick it up, they haven’t even seen the ticket yet and half the time are nowhere to even be found. I had to tap on the window and wait for the employees to finish their conversation for them to start putting together my gelati. It’s very frustrating when I arrive expecting my order to be ready so I can grab it and go and the teenagers working are in the back giggling and playing around rather than paying attention to their job and making the orders.

Parking: Parking really sucks half the time you have to walk a half a mile to get to the location because there’s no side of street parking. There’s probably eight spots available for the numerous stores in this area.

I went to Jeremiah’s earlier today around 4:30. I got an orange mango tango. Unfortunately my service experience was not as good as other times. When I asked about a flavor of ice cream the girl at the front proceeded to give me a negative vibe and attitude. While waiting for my ice cream I heard members of the staff talking in a negative unprofessional manner about where I went (which was the pick up window) and being blatantly disrespectful. My ice cream also had black flakes on it which I didn’t think were advertised. Would’ve been a better experience if the workers hadn’t been so negative and unpleasant.
