Was there a min before closing and others got waited on there was a line when I came up she said sorry we're closed. Bad service! The girl who was working was very rude. It just hit 11:00 to not a minute over. Im giving 3* because I have ate ice cream here before and the ice cream is excellent! Just didn't get it today!

Was excited to get ice cream but was really upset with the service. We tried to pay in cash when they apparently weren’t accepting it at the time and instead of explaining that to us the first girl took the cash clearly not knowing what to do, hung on to it for a second, and then handed it off to another girl. She was extremely rude and very aggressively handed it back to us once again without explaining the situation and just expected us to know what was happening? After I paid with my card she literally slammed the window in my face. I would have had absolutely no issue paying on card if they just told us. I normally wouldn’t even leave a review but the attitude was really unnecessary.

Love this place!!! They always have great flavors - the long lines would be the only downfall, but that just speaks for how tasty it is. A must-visit for a tasty treat.

Normally love going to Jeremiah’s however this last time was quite disappointing. My girlfriend and I went there for some ice cream we had some rewards as well, we go to order, scanner doesn’t work, and had issues with doing two separate rewards, the girl who served us had red hair, was very unprofessional was wearing pajama pants and we ordered a chocolate soft serve in a cone and was given in a cup and then I ordered a med peppermint bark and she gave use peppermint cookie insisting we said that when I said peppermint bark, my girlfriend said it, and the screen said it as well. She threw an attitude and redid the order. Mistakes happen but this was very unprofessional behavior and not happy at all with the service.

The staff suck and can be rude and lazy. They never see mobile orders. When I'm there to get my online order, I have to wait for all the walk-ups to place and get their orders first. If I don't complain, they'll make me wait till there's no one in line. This includes people that walked up after I arrived and placed their orders at the window and left before me. This place needs new management and staff.

Parking: Don't use online ordering for this establishment. It's not worth it

Let me just say... you cannot go wrong with Jeremiah's!! The blue raspberry is SO good!! It is always great and friendly customer service. Thank you for being so AWESOME!! We really need one of these in Lake City....
