“I've been coming to this location fir the past few weeks everyone is so nice and pleasant, much different from the one on Ridgewood in Daytona, the employees were very nice it was a lady manager. That was so rude, and nasty to alot of people, always yelling, I never went back that was a yr ago, I've been coming here, ever since. Thank you all.“

“I love Jimmy John’s. The food is always fresh and service is fast. But today wasn’t the greatest. I don’t look it and I don’t have a speech impediment, but I am mostly deaf. 100% on left and 30% on right. So getting mocked by your mullet man behind the counter because I couldn’t hear him wasn’t the greatest. I’ll admit I get it a lot. This day and age everyone would rather snap to rude than sympathetic. Also, he wanted to make a mocking effort at re checking receipt to call my name out when I came to counter but couldn’t double check to make sure he was giving me the correct items. Just a reminder disabled people don’t always look disabled. So please think of that before you decide to mock them.“

“The night crew from Ridgewood Ave location in Daytona Beach on Friday July 26 rocks! Didn't realize they were getting ready to close for the night, ordered online delivery thru the app, and got confirmation that order would be there ASAP on the app. Checking my email, I saw the order would be delivered the next day. The store was open for a few more minutes so I called intending on cancelling but the awesome lady who answered said they were prepping the order, Uber eats had been hailed and we'd have our dinner soon. 5 min later, it was delivered!! Awesome awesome awesome customer service! Thanks for being freaky fast!“
