“Clean restaurant the bathrooms are clean this time they weren't hanging out on their cell phones the sandwiches were being served quickly they tightened up Jimmy John's Foods always been good though and I'm a regular customer“
“I walked in around 11:30 a.m today and was greeted by the workers. The lady who took my order had such a nice contagious smile which really made my day. My food was made well and it fast. According to the reciept the cashier name was Key S. I think she deserves all the praise and maybe even a raise ;)“
“I come here all the time since they opened this location and noticed a bunch of negative reviews and was confused. I've yet to have an order that was incorrect or inconsistent and I usually oder 3-4 different sandwiches for myself and my family. Staff is always very polite and typical of Jimmy John's, fast! Not sure what all the fuss is about. I say keep up the good work guys, I'll be back today in fact!“
“Revised score as they have seemed to figured it out after a year and a half and things have been better recently.Original post (2 star) - Place really went downhill recently. Sandwiches consistently take 1 - 2 hours to be delivered when their whole business model is suppose to be "freaky fast". I understand there are staff shortages, but this issue has been going on for well over a year. That excuse does not cut it anymore. The Company cannot continue to deliver over an hour late every time for the rest of time and use the excuse "we can't find people to hire". Figure it out.“

They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The food was great as well, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I highly recommend Jimmy John's for both their tasty food and exceptional service. They also do catering!!!! Which is amazing. We ordered a bunch of food last minute and they were able to accommodate❤️“

A driver was confused on my house to deliver my food and the manager remade my order and brought to my door himself with a brownie for free. I’m very thankful and commend him on his efforts to fix the issue quickly.Vegetarian options: The avocado sub. Pickles.“
