Jimmy John's in Melbourne

“I eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day. I just want to make that clear as I know she still works there and this isn't the only Jimmy John's that has had this issue. In any event, the staff is great.“

“This store has an amazing staff. I ordered and ate at the outdoor tables on March 10. When I returned to my car, I could not find my phone. The staff went above and beyond in helping me look for it, even in the trash bin. They could not have been more helpful. What a wonderful bunch of humans.“
