He was so kind and said they'd use it as a learning opportunity. You don't see customer service of that level these days anymore. Really amazing!“

“We order very frequently from this Jimmy John’s. Food is great, staff is friendly, and it’s always clean. There’s a gentleman who has taken the time to memorize our order and even asks us how our young children are doing when he sees us—nothing invasive, but he pays attention to customers in a way that shows how much he cares about people and their JJ experience. I’m not sure if he’s the franchise owner or the manager, but he’s wonderful. Clearly trickles down to his team as well.“
