“They have fabulous hard working full of smiles staff! The chip’s aren’t worth the calories. They are my least favorite and you have to spend $ on the salsa/guacamole to hide the chip taste.

“Food was good had the cheese burger single patty with everything except mushroom and a med fry. The fries were really salty. Next time I'll order fries no salt, normal I just forgot this time.

Place smells amazing. The service was nice. The customization option via drive thru is a lil harder via window. I couldn't remember the options I should of went inside. But that's why I like the app you can pick and choose . Still nommy“

“Subway and many others have installed the new systems that try to guilt you into tipping. I'm just picking up a sandwich to go, and that is not a Tip service.If I go into a restaurant and sit down and receive service, that's the appropriate time for tipping. What you tip is based on the level of service that you receive.Tipping to purchase a sandwich or salad over a counter is completely asinine, and nothing short of trying to guilt people to tip.

“Went to this Wendy's with three of my other friends on the night before Thanksgiving at about 8:00 p.m., the manager on duty was the most professional, generous, engaging manager I've ever had the chance to be serviced by, the staff was exceptional. When we showed up the system was down but the staff was so amazing that we stuck around and hung out until the system came back up and we were able to order food. Whoever is in charge of paying the staff for this night shift definitely needs to consider raises for everyone who was on staff that night, because service that amazing should never go unrewarded.“

“Ordered a sub through the Jersey mikes app and it was subcontracted to DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sub never made it to me. The doordasher had an incorrect address on his end, so he delivered the sub to the wrong address. I texted asking if it was delivered (doing no-contact deliveries due to COVID-19) and he said yes. I hadn’t received it and that’s when he realized he had a different address. He drove back to the house he delivered it to, but the homeowner had already eaten it. He let me know what happened and spoke with DoorDash about it but I never heard back from him or from DoorDash about a refund or another sub. Called Jersey Mikes on Palm Bay road and had the pleasure of speaking to Megan, one of the owners. She refunded me my money, and had Douglas, after he got off work, deliver a new sub to my door with 2 cookies! Thank you so much for fixing a mistake that wasn’t made on your end! As someone who works long hours at the hospital during this crazy time, I truly appreciate you guys going above and beyond to make a customer happy!“
