Bring a big appetite because the portions are large. You can order from the menu or from the buffet. It all looks so delicious, it’s hard to choose. I chose a burger with a side of the best kale salad I’ve ever eaten! I will return to try other items. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-07

Such a great place, run by a nice Jamaican couple. Everything is made from scratch. They have a buffet type option, where you pick your proteins and sides, or you can order burgers or sandwiches. They serve breakfast all day. Definitely make Kale Cafe a stop in Daytona Beach! Updated from previous review on 2026-05-30

I don't get the treat of eating at a 100% vegan restaurant often, and that makes choosing what to order really hard when I do. Luckily, Kale Cafe offers the I'm Confused plate, with a good portion of almost everything. My husband and I split that, and my favorites were the BBQ seitan and jerked mushrooms. Then we shared a burger and plantains. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the people were so welcoming and friendly!
