Usually a good experience, but this time…. Meh. 🤷🏼♂️. Experience was terrible! Started off with a rude hostess experience that just told us they could not accommodate our party of 12. When we asked about being placed on a waitlist, she said they she couldn’t accommodate 12 at this time because they were full. We asked about waitlist again and she said “well I was about to do that.”

I had dinner at LandShark on Saturday night and used the mobile payment option at the table, selecting a 20% tip. Shortly after, our server, Jose, returned to say there was a WiFi issue and that he needed to run the payment inside. Later, upon reviewing my bank statement, I saw that a 22% tip had been applied instead of the 20% I had originally selected.
