Neighborhood Scoop Ice Cream & Boba Tea

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am HUGE on costumer service and friendliness of owners and staff when having a business as it makes for the most enjoyable experiences and keeps you coming back. I wanted to get gift cards to put into my kids stockings this year. I called and they must of been busy, but Amanda, the owner, called me right back in less than a few seconds! She stated they were out of gift cards at the moment but she would sell me some free scoop cards in gift card holders she threw in for me and would have them put aside for me in a bag at the register. I went in today and they were readily available. I forgot to ask the employees name who checked me out, but she was bubbly and sweet! I can't wait to bring our boys in for their ice creams!! This is a great little sandwich and ice cream shop! The service was prompt and pleasant; and the staff was helpful and knew the area attractions. The sub sandwiches and boba tea were delicious. A great selection of ice cream which they let you try. The ice cream servings were larger than I expected which was nice. (I recommend the mint moose tracks.) There is seating in both the front near Beach Street and the back near the parking lot. We even received a bowl of water for the dog. (Staff offered but we forgot to get a pup-cup of ice cream for her!) The store also has some clothes, bags, and candles. Just a nice, pleasant way to spend the afternoon in downtown Daytona Beach!

Vegetarian options: Dairy-free "ice cream" and sugar-free options available. Also some sandwiches and wraps.

Parking: Parking in front along Beach Street as well as parking in the back of the shop.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of board games for both kids and adults. The menu has kid meals too.

Stopped here with my grandson for some ice cream and received phenomenal service from Maxwell, who was friendly and helpful. He offered my grandson samples until he found his favorite flavor. This shop is very clean and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Besides ice cream, they offer beverages including Bobo tea and have a nice lunch menu too. They also have several games in case you want to hang out and have fun.

Parking: Lots of free parking in the lovely beach street area.

It was a good experience with nice conversation. I didn't realize they made sandwiches and wraps until I had a wrap. Delicious, and the service was great. Very considerate on what I may not want. Great for a lunch.

Maxwell was running this ship like the navy completely solo. All while being super informative, a long line before close, smiling and catering to every guest attentively. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend to absolutely everyone!
