Ordered delivery didn't get all my items called for over an hour with no answer, end up driving up there I call while in the store phone rings staff doesn't answer smh. They replace the item no sorry about it, almost like I was bothering them ask for my delivery charge back because what was the point in paying for the delivery when I had to get it myself won't order from this place again

They made my order wrong like always and they skimped out on the toppings. This store doesn’t know how to make a pizza with light cheese and extra sauce. I’ve been trying for 2 years to get this Pizza Hut to make my order right and they just can’t do it like Dominos does. I’ll never order from this Pizza Hut again. Dominos knows how to make my pizza, but can’t get Pizza Hut to figure out what light cheese and extra sauce means. They barely put any sauce on the pizza. They don’t know the difference between breadsticks and cheesy bread. Every time I order breadsticks, they give me cheesy bread which I don’t like.

Raw undercooked pizza .. raw breadsticks.. was treated very disrespectfully by “mari” when I called to let them know the issues with my order.. was told I was lying even after offering pictures. She hung up on me when I tried to get her name.. called back and she gave me her name and hung up on me again

They messed up an online order that paid extra for. I couldn't come back today to pick it up, I talked to two nice people before a third and very rude person got on the phone to tell me I had to come back todayafter they screwed up. They could have simply wrote my name and number down for tomorrow, but she wanted to be petty. I rather use extra gas and go up the road to the other one. Terrible customer service skills. If your a paying customer at any establishment, your deserve the upmost customer service. This should be a standard.

If ordering delivery & your 1 minute from the restaurant, pick up because door dash will deliver to someone else 1st. Cinnamon minis were cold when they got to me & I tipped $10 for a $20 order
I always have a problem with my food at this location. My pizza as well as my coworkers pizza was undercooked, and the boneless wings were overcooked and hard as a brick. I asked for dipping sauce for our wings, only to find out you have to purchase the sauces at $0.75 a pop. I was honestly offended when he said that. I have four different orders for my office all of which ordered wings. At that price we would've been out of another $6 for dipping sauces. Crazy! I feel as though dipping sauce should be given when you order wings. And when I suggested it to the guy cashing me out, he looked and me and rudely said, " well we don't so do you want to buy them or not, because they are not free!" I was shocked at his attitude and rudeness. And it wasn't what he said, it was how he said it. I have been spending money at this location for a long time, never been treated this way. Needless to say, I will probably never order from there again. Pizza Hut must do better!

Everything was horrible from the pizza to the service to the management to the for the manager foto call me and my husband a liar about what we got delivered is beyond crazy I spent $30 food was incorrect and when I called to have it fixed and send an email to show me and my husband were not lying it's was the wrong email I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!😡😡😡😡 HE ORDER CHICKEN STUFF CRUST AND WE GOT PINEAPPLE AND LOOK LIKE SOMEONE ATE OFF MY BONELESS WINGS

Apparently Pizza Hut is the same as Papa John's, they don't understand how to read preferences. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. They gave me the opposite, I got extra cheese and light sauce. On my next 2 orders they're get no tip, I tip well. For now on, every time they mess up my order, I'm skipping their tip on my following 2 orders I place. They hardly put àny dipping sauce in the container. My order was a total rip off.
