“I just read the previous review about the employees and the food. I was in line when said customer asked about the dogs. First off, the employees did not look miserable, they are doing their jobs. Second I ordered cinammon nuggets and they were hot and fresh. The lady did ask how long for the food to the employees in the back of the store. The employee answered and the lady repeated back FIVE minutes? and the employee again stated EIGHT minutes and she did say it a little louder because I think she thought the lady might not have heard correctly. I do come here often and have never had a bad pretzel and the employees have always been nice and friendly. As a side note I looked on the lady’s review profile. She seems to give negative reviews to about every place she’s been too. Must not be a Happy person.“
“Although the pepperoni nuggets I get are a little old, the staff are nice and always quick to be of service. If you want something they usually don’t have displayed (like a whole pepperoni pretzel), all you have to do is ask and they’ll make it fresh for you which is nice.“

“Don't miss this little secret in the mall at daytona! Best pretzels I've ever had and comes with the best icing dip ive ever had! They were so busy and a long line but it was so worth it and the customer service was superb. The guy cooking the pretzels was a very hard worker and was so cool how quick he made his masterpieces!!!
