Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

Stopped in to cool down and try Rock Bottoms house IPA’s. Settled on Jimmy Legs (American IPA), (just not the day for 5 O’Clock Shadow-Black IPA), not too hoppy, yet strong front and back chocolate flavors. Blend of Centennial, Azacca, and Citra hops. 6.7% ABV.

Slow Friday afternoon, very nice ambiance and clear views if the brewery. Nice Bartender.

The Watermelon Seltzer was very good.

Stale chips, cajun pasta was bad, salmon was bad tacos were terrible. Service was ok. 10/20 @ 3:50p

Nothing but great things to say about this place, from the customer service, to the food and the wine and drinks! If you’re in the area, you gotta go to this place. Prices are good too.

Dinner tonight was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was sweet but so slow. We ordered soup that was terrible. Would not even feed it to my dog. My husbands fish and chips was just OK. My $18 salad was a bowl with mostly lettuce. We will never go back

Cajun pasta 22 cavatappi,blackened chicken & shrimp andouille sauce,pepper,onions,voodoo sauce… are a disaster, not a single shrimp or onions. The chicken was served because i asked for I’m completely disappointed, they charge us $22 for that.. they said they will down low the price and they didn’t.

For the Texas fire ribeye Was perfect 100/100. For $31. Was good and the mash potatoes was perfect…. And I have to bring tha manager to the table. So he can down low my bill always he wouldn’t do it. He got the bill on his hand.

We have now eaten there a few times in the past year. Every-time I continue to be amazed at how good the food is. Everyone at the table just raved about it. I personally prefer the salmon that they serve with an amazing sauce. It is definitely our go to place anytime we are in Daytona.

Me and my husbands experience at Rock Bottom on Friday Sep 13 2024 was absolutely rock bottom. The waitress was extremely slow, we are a gay couple that doesn’t drink we came because we heard the food was great but for us it was terrible.

I believe the waitress put us on the back burner because we didn’t buy alcohol. I ordered the onion rings as an appetizer and heard it came with amazing dipping sauce. The server did not bring the sauce and no silverware and 30 minutes later when she checked on us they were cold.

I specifically asked for medium rare steak and got medium well as you can tell from the pic. Overall we were there for 2 hours and 15 minutes when it should have been maybe an hour:

I had to confirm with the friend who raved about Rock Bottom maybe we went to the wrong restaurant at Daytona One, nope it was the right restaurant and it’s a very fitting name. There are many other great restaurants at Daytona One steer clear of the self fulfilling prophecy that is rock bottom.

Went yesterday to place a to go order. I looked at the menu and asked the hostess how many southwestern egg rolls come with the order. She said 3 which I thought was reasonable for the price so I placed the order. I paid for my food and waited about 10 minutes. When she came out with the food she advised she made a mistake and you only get 2 eggrolls and it was changing to 3 on August 26th. I understand mistakes happen but I feel there should have been some sort of compensation for the error as I would not have paid $15 for just 2 eggrolls and would’ve ordered something else.

Worst burgers ever ...Ordered with extra pickles and condiments. I know it's just an appetizer, but this is what I found when I got home ....pictures don't lie

Had the chicken strips and chicken fried chicken, both were excellent, will come again soon!
