The food was fantastic. However the servers at the bar never even looked at us when we sat at the bar. Didn't even make eye contact and say 'I'll be right with you". The hostess was a bit overwhelmed because our table was not ready because people were staying too long, but she was really sweet and totally made up for it in personality! Overall we really liked it. The electronic violin was a little cheesy. I think some cool jazz or something in the back ground would be more appropriate.
This was our first time there and we were hoping for a nice experience since we decided to try it out for their Valentine's Day event. The restaurant itself was a nice enough area and was clean. We were seated at a table that wasn't necessarily ideal since it was right behind the service area where only a very sheer curtain acted as a barrier. It was a bit distracting with all the comings and goings of the staff. Our waiter was nice but felt we were more at a chain restaurant...read full review

The wait staff had to be asked to fill water glasses or wine glasses. The waiter was sweating profusely when he came to take our order. Servers were friendly but slow and there were so many standing around. If one waiter is busy, they should help or look out for one anothers tables.
