The peaceful music in the background reminded us of Miyazaki's movies. It was pleasant and quiet; great for winding down after walking for a few hours. My wife loved the dragon rolls, and I was able to get small servings of several varieties off the boats (my favorite was the Raymond rolls). The best Hibachi around. Also, if you’re looking for incredible hand crafted Sushi, the other part of the restaurant has a floating sushi river AND a custom sushi menu. Try the Atlantic and Wedding roll!
Service was very attentive, possibly because we were the only customers. Filet mignon was tender and shrimp was cooked well but fried rice had much too much soy sauce and not enough other ingredients so it was very salty. The hibachi chef was good but didn’t put on the typical show where they engage with the customers, catch stuff in their hats, try to get people to catch stuff, etc. Only typical hibachi trick was the onion volcano.
