Sakana Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar offers a tranquil atmosphere, similar to a Miyazaki movie. The restaurant features a sushi bar with a "floating sushi river" and a hibachi grill. The sushi selection includes unique rolls such as the Dragon, Raymond, Atlantic, and Wedding rolls. The hibachi grill serves tender filet mignon and well-cooked shrimp, however the fried rice may have too much soy sauce for some. The service is attentive, and although the hibachi chefs focus more on cooking than on entertaining, they do perform the onion volcano trick. Prices are reasonable, and it's easy to get a table.
