The 2 young men working at 330pm on 4/9/25, had to work alone with the Starbucks completely full of people needing to place orders. I’m not sure what their hourly wage is but they both NEED A RAISE. Both of them were fantastic, and I’m a bit upset they were scheduled just the 2 of them with thousands of cheerleaders in town for a competition. Starbucks you make enough money to staff more people.
Katrina and Tyrese were OUTSTANDING representatives for Starbucks today. When I say OUTSTANDING, I mean superior service and punctuality, with smiles to match. I greatly enjoyed the small talk while working as well as the courtesy demonstrated to the armed forces during the holiday season. I’d like to hear about a raise for both of them the next time I come back. #USAF
