Tried to Force me to round up my order to an even number because they don't have change. First off NO, you round down because that's not the customer's fault. Second, I never round up for charities in businesses because the business gets to use the charitable donations as a tax right off. Third, that is illegal as hell to make a customer round up. Fourth, manager wouldn't even come talk to me, just stood out of my eye sight and got LOUD about how they don't have change. Fifth, Management cost the franchise more than the change back they owed me because my drink was poured and my order already made.
LOL over 2 cents y'all.

Staff ignored me, made eye contact a few times and kept doing everything but helping the guests. Walked out after waiting 10 min. To no avail! Will NEVER return. Try Del Taco way better and friendly!

Gatekeeping a bathroom to only paying customers. Had to wait 5 minutes to get the key because they assumed I was doordash not a paying customer. Guess counter service with 7 workers at 7pm is non existent anymore. The bathroom was in appalling shape. Piss on the floor, no paper towels, the stall seat had liquid all over it. No way it's been cleaned in over a week. Didn't want to eat after this experience.

Asked for no sour cream had sour cream asked to remake it with. Special request that was going to pay for it both GM and I assume the other shift manager had a whole attitude regarding the whole situation. Will be contacting corp because this whole thing is beyond unprofessional will never return

What a shame. I haven't been to this location in a while but it used to be a good Taco Bell. I just paid almost $9 for a nachos bellgrande with a side of guac. How ridiculous plus the workers were arguing while at the drive-thru window. They didn't put any hot sauce in the bag. I had to listen to the female worker bitching to the young male. And the food sucks.

Coming with someone from customer service experience, this was the worst experience I have EVER encountered in my ENTIRE LIFE, From the moment I pulled up to the speaker the worker was extraordinarily rude!! To the point where I asked for the manager and the manager was rude so when the manager comes to the speaker I address my problems, She says okay I’m sorry can I get you anything else? I state “ as you should be because if your going to treat customers like that you have the wrong profession she says “ and you can get out of the drive thru” NEVER WILLL I EVER RETURN TO THIS TACO BELL AS LONG AS I HAVE A HEATBEAT!!!
Too bad there isn’t a zero star option cause that’s what I would give

I brought my kids to Taco Bell to get food, had them go pick up my mobile order. My autistic son had to pee and they wouldn’t let him in to use the bathroom, the employee on shift that night at midnight pulled out his phone and proceeded to threaten my kid by showing him videos of his gun saying he would use it on him. Yall better get ur employees before I take legal actions. That was so beyond unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.

No complaints about the employees or the food itself but this location and other locations in the area charge more for a lot of items. I travel around central Florida for work and this location charges almost 1 and a half times the amount for a cheesy bean and rice than locations and more affluent neighborhoods. You think they would charge less being that this area is not high end.

IT’S CRAZY TO WAIT FOR 40 MINS ON DRIVE THRU. Never coming back. I would habe just cooked at home, eat and do the dishes before my order could be made.
