When I enter store, I looked at the menu and notice a poster on the wall advertising three different items. I then went to input my order into the computer kiosk and could not find any of the items. I went back to the counter and waited five minutes until I seen someone in passing. I told them that I couldn't find those three items on the kiosk. He said he be back in a minute. After 10 minutes of waiting, I spoke up to the employee's preparing food for the drive thru. I said, "Would it be easier if I just went thru the drive thru." And employee came out and she said, "What's your problem!". I told her and she told me that the promotion on the poster was over. I then said, "Don't you think it might be a good idea to take down the poster?" Her response was "Mind your own business and get out of here, I'm not taking your order!" I asked her name, and she refused to give it. They customers in the dining room were aghast. One customer said "I've never seen anybody be that rude to a customer." I didn't want to argue and take the chance of her spitting on my tacos. I have to feel if I wasn't white this would have never happened.

Went here to pickup dinner after leaving one of the clubs nearby, terrible customer service. We ordered cantina chicken tacos and got nothing even close. Had to knock on the door to even get someone’s attention then was told that’s all they had to make anything with so we were basically out of luck and they weren’t making anything else after we had paid and weren’t made aware. Definitely waste of time and money will NEVER be back and will be calling corporate. All employees very unprofessional and cursing at the order screen. Paid for food I didn’t even end up getting to eat. When asked to correct couldn’t even do that, bunch of teenagers ready to leave rather than fix what was already paid for.

3 weeks ago I had the best Taco Bell ever. Today I got nothing the way I ordered it. Maybe you should keep the good people and replace the bad ones. The ones that can read.

Placed a mobile order around 1:30 today on December 9th, some of the best damn Taco Bell I have ever eaten. Items were packed with delicious HOT food. Blew me away. Whatever crew was working this shift should be proud of themselves. Damn good food.
