“There are a few things I’d like to say about this Wendy’s. First off, I come here often. It’s an easy sit down fast food restaurant where I can unwind, and enjoy a quick snack on my lunch break. The food is always delicious and hot.
Today I came in for a quick bite, and I really had to use the bathroom. Unfortunately it is a one person bathroom. When I came in, someone was in the restroom, and it felt like forever that I was waiting. I have also been holding it on a long drive back into town. So while I’m waiting in the hallway for a long time, an employee came out, who had been in there for longer than they should have been. When I came out, my food was sitting on the counter, already cold. The manager on staff today around 430, apologized to me that she will remake my order and the employee that was in the bathroom always takes a long time in there. I loved how the manager addressed my cold order and remade it with no problem. She was awesome and I really appreciated it. The employee who used the bathroom for a long period of time needs to be addressed since the manager knew it was a problem with her.“
