Old Sugar Mill Pancake House

Absolutely amazing. My best friend and I have been planning to go here for weeks and we finally made the trip not a single disappointment , It was a bit busy but the wait wasn't bad at all, hostess was very friendly and our server Elana was on the ball! Definitely will be making a trip back sometime very soon!

It's a historic building that has tables with griddles to cook pancakes and eggs on. My family and I visited several years ago and enjoyed it and I took a few friends from the neighborhood this week. The weather was very cold (37° ) and drizzly and the main restaurant room wasn't heated due to the building being historical and no upgrades or changes could be made. Luckily, we were seated in the room with the fireplace, but even then we could sometimes see our breath as we talked. But, that was part of the experience of how it might have been in the past. The pancakes were delicious, my friends enjoyed the sausage and ham they had and I liked my eggs and biscuit - although I am not very good at making eggs over medium. The hot chocolate was very good, too. Our waitress and other staff were friendly. We saw great blue herons, but no manatees while looking out the window. It was an impressive experience that I deeply enjoyed. We were very grateful for the fire that they kept adding wood to.

The pancakes were delicious!! The all you can eat pancakes is completely worth it, Michelle was awesome she was so attentive all time we really enjoyed everything

A very fun experience. It’s a straight forward breakfast menu, nothing fancy but for all you can eat pancakes it’s definitely worth the price!! Briana our server was awesome and super helpful, we had everything we needed and enjoyed the quirky atmosphere!

The servers and all the staff are amazing here! Very much worth the wait. The wait was actually not even that long for a holiday weekend. The food is always great and the people are even better. We have been numerous times and it just keeps getting better.

Michelle was our waitress, she was fantastic. A truly unique experience. You get to make your own pancakes on a griddle that is in your table. Get there early and you won't have too bad of a wait.

Had the cuban sandwich and slaw. If the Cuban had meat on it, it would have been good. The slaw was, well bad. Will try the pancakes next time.

My family & I visited yesterday. We all did the make your own pancake experience. Kelly was our waitress and our food and service was nothing but amazing. The nostalgia of the restaurant was so nice. We will definitely return.

Views from the restaurant are good however my waiter Emily was rude and slammed my boyfriends potato’s on the table and had an attitude while serving us I did not feel as though the mandatory 18% gratuity was earned

First time here. Kelly was amazing. Welcomed us and got us sat immediately. She asked if it was our first time and gave us the whole rundown on how everything works. She checked in multiple times throughout. Food was yummy. We will definitely be back.
