Aldo Yo's Cucina Italiana

I ordered the Chicken Marsala. No flavor, added salt, garlic powder, It was not good. NO Marsala flavor, canned mushrooms, and no garlic bread. Better meal at Olive Garden.

I had an absolutely amazing dinner at Aldo Yo’s Real Cucina Italiana! The Chef recommended a fantastic wine called The Blood of Judas, which paired perfectly with my penne vodka with prosciutto—such a delicious combination! The flavors were impeccable, and the whole experience was made even better by our server, Sam, who was an absolute delight. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, Sam & Chef Aldo made our meal even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back for another unforgettable dining experience! Highly recommend!

I always give at least two tries before leaving a review, but I was so astonished by the absolute absence of customer service that it seemed unnecessary. I ordered lasagna and a caesar salad to go, was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, then after 30 minutes was told it would be a few more (honestly not a big deal-I understand Saturday dinner rush). After my food came out, I did a quick check and saw caesar and what looked like cheese and pasta sauce and thought we were good to go. Upon arrival home, I opened the box to find 3 breaded chicken cutlets with cheese (no pasta of any kind). I called the restaurant hoping to have a refund for my entree only and when I explained that I lived 30 minutes away and could not just “bring the food back” I was told there was nothing else that could be done and “he was very busy, so he did not have time to keep talking to me.” Before I could respond, the call was disconnected. I called back with the same result (too busy to talk to you, goodbye). I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was by the owner of this restaurant and as a small business owner myself, I would be absolutely mortified if anyone spoke to a customer this way. The host and young gentleman working at the counter were very polite, but the owner overshadowed the entire experience. There are plenty of wonderful Italian restaurants in generally close proximity. Never in a million years would I recommend going to this one.

Omggg, the service was horrible 😫
They took for ever. And I had made reservations about 2 weeks ago the host looked lost like they didn't have space for my husband and I! After we got seated everyone else that got there after us were served with bread except us ! And in the table next to us the man slapped a crawling thing that was on his table 😳 you know😳 no bueno
Sorry but did not like it at all wow! We walked out....

Authentic, authentic, authentic...that's all I have to say. We went with Italian speaking family and the atmosphere was awesome. Aldo made us feel like family. First time I've had the chef come and sit at the table to explain the menu. Had the short rib stuffed ravioli. Perfect...I can only imagine what the short rib tasted like. We also had the date salad appetizer. 👌 There was 6 in our party and we each had something different. All were very pleased. If you're in Debary please support this local you won't be disappointed. Thank you Aldo from the Frenchman with the Bianco bunch for sharing your love of food and dedication to service. We love your place!😁

Omg, if you're looking for the real deal... Like for real for real, this is the place!!! The moment you walk in you can hear Italian speaking and Italian music... You instantly know your getting authentic Italian! Food was AMAZING and the staff was great! The restaurant is perfect for a date... Or the whole family!

Amazing food and chef Aldo is a bigger than life character. Never had a bad meal here.

Our favorite Italian in the area. Never ever had a bad meal, the gnocchi is the best I've had since being up north. The owner is friendly, interacts with guests and they make you feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

I have taken quite a few friends to dine at Aldo’s and never been disappointed. The food is always excellent, fresh and authentic Italian. I just brought a friend there for an early dinner, and she wasn’t sure if she would like it.After our meal, she thanked me for introducing her to the place. It really is like a short visit to Italy, with great wine, a variety of the best Italian food, and a nice ambiance. It remains my favorite place to go for a special dinner with friends.

The owner is incredibly rude to his employees. He has a hard time keeping a good staff. His own daughter even quit. I will never visit his restaurant again and I will be telling others how he embarrasses his employees.

It’s hard to express how disappointed I am with this dining experience.
Ork oso buco Is the reason I went to eat here had it before it was great tonight they said they had something that was the”same thing”
I got a thick cut pork chop. That was literally like weathered leather and no flavor.
It was almost as it had been boiled and water than served . I was very disappointed.
Calamari as an appetizer and one of the pieces of calamari was still frozen.
Lasagna- I ordered the lasagna.
And what a letdown . I have had better- way better lasagna from the frozen food section at the grocers.
The portion was small. The sauce scant and the cheese ? Well, that’s not even talk about the cheese
Service- I can’t remember the last time I felt so alone and unrecognized that restaurant. This place has seven small tables and it was like I wasn’t even there. It took me getting up to call somebody’s attention so I can just get a refill on my water.
And then when To bring it all home when I paid the bill I expressed my disappointment of the The service and the food.
There were no. apologies for it. Just “OK. Have a good night”.
We all know we go to a restaurants and the service is everything . We could have a bad meal but yet excellent service we might go back and eat there again.
This is not the case.
