Açaí com Tapioca

Be very careful at this place when paying with cash. I was given a false bill and didn’t realize until I tried using the bill elsewhere. What a shame that this is happening.

I’m very upset, my dad went to this place yesterday to buy an açaí bowl and he gave a $100 bill when he got the change he received a $50 bill and went to the gas station to pay with that bill and they ripped it stating that he got a false bill. He came back to this place to tell them about it and they didn’t do anything to help him stating they don’t give false bills and my dad showing them the bill ripped. Please be careful this place is giving false bills !!!

Their açaí is 18 dollars … ridiculous! Go somewhere else and get a better and cheaper açaí bowl

I went to their store on 441, placed my order, paid, and waited 10 minutes until they delivered my order. I didn't check it at the time, and when I got home, something was missing. I called them right away, and their response was that there was an error between the cashier and the kitchen. All this with only one customer in the store; imagine if there were more customers! I would have received nothing of what I bought and paid for. I'm never going back to Açaí Tapioca. They even said I would have to go and pick it up myself! The error is yours, not the customer's!

I recently tried an Açai bowl, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. I paid an outrageous $22 for a medium DIY acai bowl, and it was definitely not worth it. The fruit toppings were disappointing; they tasted like they came straight from a can, mushy and unappetizing. The bananas were overly ripe, bordering on inedible, and the acai itself was more like a liquid than a thick, frozen smoothie bowl. It was far too melted and lacked that nice, creamy texture you expect. Given the sky-high price and the DIY setup, I definitely won’t be coming back. There are other places that do it better for less, with fresher ingredients and better presentation.

I had been here before and the açaí is delicious, but the service is TERRIBLE! Today I had the disappointment of coming here to eat and waiting for over an hour, and my food never came because the kitchen printer stopped working. The server never even looked at us or came to ask if we were missing anything. Such incompetence from this place! I’m never coming back and will tell my friends to do the same.

I came to eat here I spent more than 1 hour waiting and they didn't give me my order, I left without eating and without drinking anything, I just paid and I wasn't served, I'm Brazilian and I don't come back here anymore and I advise my friends to do the same

I ordered a tapioca with beef, catupiry and spinach. Got a tapioca that was 80% chicken, 5% beef and 5% spinach, NO catupiry.

I love the buffet concept and variety of Acai. It comes mixed with banana or strawberry or even plain/low fat. It's a little bit pricey at $15 a lb. but I like to spoil myself sometimes.
