Chipotle does this weird thing to human brain, where you'll have a bad experience, but still return hoping next time won't be as bad. Well, this is like my third time leaving this location, just feeling ripped off.

I suspect the management coaches their staff to skimp on meat, I know this is a common complaint for all Chipotles across the board, but out of all the different locations I've been to, this one feels especially... scammy. I just spent nearly $20 for extra meat to receive what looks like a normal portion at other locations.

Chipotle charges more than enough for their food that they don't have to behave like crooks.

The worst experience I had at chipotle. The workers were super rude and uncooperative. Gave me dirty looks. Would will my side of queso like 1/3 of the container when I asked to put more would roll their eyes. Overall super negative experience

2 ladies working didn’t want to go get fresh rice and told me it would take awhile to get. Within 2 mins of waiting the manager right away told them that their was white rice on the other side. Chicken tasted old and stale. Then the ladies at the cash register seems to not know why was going on. Once the manger got there she got things “moving”.

Walked in just a little after 6pm, there was practically no one there. Not busy at all! Why did the food stations look like trash cans. Absolutely filthy! Messy serving area. The dining floor and silverware/drink area…nasty. Not clean at all. Maybe the staff had a long day and I get it, but horrible sloppy service. It had a lady just standing next to the cashier being an unnecessary middle man to pass the food to the cashier (possibly the owner because she wasn’t doing anything nor dressed like an employee). Poor service, unclean and unsanitary food environment, and just an overall bad vibe. Use down time to clean stations and refresh and reorganize area. Do better when dealing with people’s food!!!

Store manager was misinformed on a promotion. Insisted that the Dec. 6th unwrap promo was a BOGO on ONLY tacos, when their website clearly states that any free entry is rewarded with a purchase of tacos. Tried showing her Chipotles website and twitter, she irritatedly insisted that it was only tacos. Where at another location my girlfriend and family got the reward of any entree just hours prior. She was either misinformed or cant read.

While standing in line i asked for a quesadilla, was told i had to order on line. I was confused but ordered it on the app and watched them make it. After i asked why i had to use the app instead of the person behind the counter and they said “there no quesadilla maker over here it’s on that line” so what i got out of this is there is no reason because it was 4ft away. Horrible experience and customer service

I went there today to take 2 bowls, 5 Spanish women were working, all them very rude and disrespectful, none of them know proper English and gets all the orders wrong . This isn’t the first time that they gave me wrong the food. I hope the authority looks after this.

All the Spanish women working at around 4pm today were very disrespectful and annoying, they don’t know any English and ended giving me the wrong orders, charged me extra for no reason and one of the woman who’s age was around 44 acted like she owned the whole store.
