Food is good but I just now found a bone in my burrito, I was chewing and felt something hard and spit it out and it was an entire chicken bone and theres more chunks too. I'm not sure whether to be disgusted or not.

I came in to order a steak quesadilla. The representative looked already upset with the information he was about to tell me but he told me they could only serve me the kids quesadilla and the only way I could get the regular quesadilla was if I ordered it online. Rep told me it’s policy and I just walked out cause thats ridiculous. Do better!

They heavily skimp out on portions, and overcharged me on things already included in the bowl. I got Sour cream and hot sauce on the side so I could add myself and was still charged. Terrible location

Margarita, the store owner yelled at my wife today for having a bathing suit on. It’s one thing to ask her to put more clothes on. It’s another to raise your voice in an unprofessional manner.

Went to Chipotle hoping for a good meal, but what I got was a sodium-packed rice explosion with a side of disappointment. I swear the rice had its own zipcode. Not sure if they were trying to make me hydrate more, but the salt levels were Olympic!

To top it off, the food was cold. Cold! Like, “left out on the counter for your college roommate to eat” cold. Guess Chipotle thought I needed to work on my patience and microwave skills.

Nothing like it used to be !

Thanks for the character-building experience, but I’ll pass next time.

Worst costumer service ever!! My 7 year old asked to have dinner at Chipotle for his birthday because he loves their food, and it was a horrible experience, I felt so bad. What’s wrong with these people? Are they really that miserable working there? The cashier was the WORST, I asked the same question 3 times and he didn’t even LOOK at me, I got no answer. I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of my son but seriously, it was ridiculous.

I loved it when I found out we would be neighbors. It started out fantastic and delicious Mexican food.
I come every week because I love the flavor, but three weeks ago an now the quality of the cold food dropped 100%.
The guacamole is missing a lot, there are salty beans and to finish, there is an attendant who doesn't make the slightest effort to please the customer.
Mr. franchiser, pay more attention to your business.

Ive been to many chipotles’.. this is by far the worst. I can deal with bad customer service, but when portion size is being greatly affected, thats where i draw the line.

Very sad that for a brand new location they lack so much already. The food area , it’s understandable that after each client the serving area may be covered in several toppings but a quick clean up would make a difference ….the food is poorly served , they just dump it all. The staff , oh my goodness ! I get we all have tough days but this is a constant issue at this location , zero communication and acknowledgement , the staff is rude and unfriendly - can’t even get a “hello , thank you” or a smile , staff stands around doing absolutely nothing instead of taking care of customers .It truly is a poor experience from start to finish . Please , do better
