Employees simply don’t care, they’ll wrap your burritos in the most lazy way possible and the chicken is god awful. Simply inedible. One of the worst locations. Their lack of effort and laziness is a disgrace

Ever since that manager that looks 18 years old named Juan took over it’s been dirty in there and the food has been horrid. Ever since I seen that manager there more often the quality has diminished significantly

honestly, the food is ok, but i come 1 hour before close, never ordering chips and drink again, i have 4$ coke at home, thank you ☺️

I gave it 1 star but it should be none. I am not too familiar or eat chipotle since I live 2 hours away in a city doesn’t have this restaurant so to come and pick this specific chipotle on a night I rarely eat chipotle it was a disaster it was 9pm and the ey didn’t have any meat only chicken hardly to any sides and the response from the employees were that the had a ppl come in and get extra of everything I said that is no reason to not have restocked the food by now. And still had the audacity to scoop hardly anything (food) into the bowl. They weren't even trying to cook more even though they still had a lot of ppl coming in and 2 hours of them being open still. 2 ppl walked out fo the same reason. Bad energy, Bad service, no food!

I went here the other day and this area was one of the dirtiest & nastiest chipotle I’ve been to in my life. The manager, Juan was intolerable and his breath was unbearable when I was talking to him. The only good part about my time was the cashier with the blonde dreads. Excellent customer service! Everyone else do better

I dropped in to grab a salad on my way home from shopping. The store was pretty empty, which I saw as a positive since Panda Express next door was taking a long time and I just wanted to grab and go.
The staff member greeted me with “burrito or bowl” as his opening line. I asked for a salad (standard menu item). He repeated in a frustrated tone “burrito or bowl!”. I pointed at the salad greens behind the counter. He then replied angrily “burrito or bowl!!!”.
I said in a confused tone “they normally just make it in a bowl when I ask for a salad…are they putting salads in burritos now?”. He responded “no” and at that point I was thinking…”this doesn’t bode well for the rest of my order, why did we even go through all this?” and I left. Imagine if I would have ordered crunchy tacos (another standard menu item). Would have absolutely blown his mind. Maybe he would have wrapped my crunchy tacos in a tortilla if I said burrito…
Chipotle needs to train their staff better on menu items and customer service. They certainly charge enough to afford to pay for training. It shouldn’t have to be a struggle to give a corporation my money. I’ve never experienced this before in the 15 years I’ve eaten at the chain and ordered salads. The staff member was rude and disrespectful and wasn’t even attempting to help me complete an order.
When I used to work in retail, we were trained to make a sale. But maybe Im old fashioned.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Instead of receiving help, I encountered rude and dismissive attitudes. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service. I hope management addresses this issue, as it greatly affects the overall experience. I cannot recommend this place based on my visit.

Terrible experience. Juan, manager, is not only completely unhelpful, he is rude, has zero hospitality, and is not at all concerned with retaining customers.
Every other time I have visited this location, there is a language barrier when placing my order. Many of the people taking your order do not speak any English, and the one person who does speak English is at the register and being pulled in multiple directions.
Today I attempted an online order, thinking it would be easier. I did not get the side I ordered, and when I pulled back through to get it, Juan informed me repeatedly that I was wrong. I showed him my order, which clearly showed my side, and he continued to tell me it is wrong. I asked if he would make it right this one time (knowing I would never return for their to be another issue to correct), and he was completely unwilling. I informed him I would contact Chipotle and asked his name, and he smirked at me and closed the window. Juan is not interested in taking care of the customers. I will not return here.

I have never been this mad at a chipotle in my life. Got home with a kids meal. No chicken in it. I understand if they ran out of honey chicken but why would you not even tell me. Or sub chicken. I got home and opened it. No meat. Won’t be coming back.

Usually i love chipotle but this location is awful.. the manager hired all the wrong people. the bowl was small not even close to worth the 15$ i was charged awful and the person making it didnt listen or care.

My experience last night August 02,2025 was HORRIBLE. The tall gentleman with blond dreads was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. I’ve been coming to this location since they opened for lunch and dinner and I have was NEVER treated the way I was last night. This gentleman should not be in customer service with his attitude. I called the corporate office and reported him as well.
