I needed to go to the bank this morning and it wasn’t open yet, so I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts shop at the corner of Hillsboro and military Trail, Deerfield Beach, Florida. My husband and I ordered two medium coffees and I ordered a blueberry doughnut. My husband ordered a Boston cream. My husband‘s Boston cream doughnut had about a half a teaspoon of Boston cream in the middle of a heart shaped donut. He did not take a bite. I ordered two coffees on the app, one of which was a large decaf coffee with less ice. Got home and I see I got a medium size with more ice. Doesn’t anyone there pay attention to what is ordered? I didn’t get what I paid for and no one answers the phone. Not worth driving back there to complain or get a refund.
