Another in a long line of dunkin' donuts where they're listed business hours are merely a suggestion. Showed up at the drive-thru at 6:50 p.m. when they were supposed to be open until 7:00. Nobody responded to take my order so I had to drive up to the pickup window. And annoyed employee came to the window and said the drive-thru is closed and I would have to come inside. I drove around the front, parked my car and went inside. Ordered a large hot coffee and the employee told me the machine was being cleaned and it would be 5 or 10 minutes before he can make me a coffee. What a joke.

I always go to the store, but this is the first time I’ve been to this one! The food came super fast, hot, and perfect, but my coffee didn’t arrive. I waited for 15 minutes, then went to the counter to ask for it again. I waited another 10 minutes and went back. The girl at the counter then made it quickly, in just one minute. I still don’t understand why it took so long for something so simple. Right after that, there was a discussion between the staff at the counter, which was very inappropriate for customers to see and hear!

Awful. They make the coffee and let it sit for hours, and then serve it. Employees do not make coffee frequently. Most of the times is undrinkable. Doughnuts and sandwiches are at best mediocre.

While dining in and observing interactions, it's obvious that none of the staff care about the customer experience. My simple bagel and OJ purchase was definitely an inconvenience to these rude people. My bagel came with a tablespoon sized glob of cream cheese after I requested extra. I feel like it was unjustly intentional

the kid with the light fro needs to be fired. He is beyond rude and doesn’t know how to listen. I ask for the same drink every single time I’m here and I usually never have any issues with my order. Every time he is the cashier/barista, something goes wrong or is wrong. He was extremely condescending when I went today to get the same thing I always get. He was trying to say that I asked for something when I literally always get the same thing. If you go here, ask for Odette, she and the other kid are nice and never mess up the order like this other one. I would give 1 star but I did 3 because of the 2 other people that make this location enjoyable.

Dunkin Donuts service is unfortunately the worst. I love my app. This is the perfect location after dropping the kids off a school but I just had to switch back to Starbucks because I feel like I'm in a Narcissistic relationship each time I pull up to this place. Everytime I think new staff will make it better but just gets worse!!! My conscious bothered me the 2x, I see the guy at the drive-thru look like he has not washed his hands in 1 week or maybe his night job is as a mechanic. Why would any manager allow this? I tell her and she just said thank you. He has the job to put the lid on my cup. I have to say a prayer over every cup of coffee. They rarely label my drink when I get oatmilk but get mad when I ask to remake. The last time, my kids were in the car and the woman yelled Hello!!!! so loudly and rudely I had to drive off. This place needs serious training please.please.please, or it will be America Runs from Dunkin! Sorry.

Dirty, terrible service, and coffee that tastes like sewage. Not to mention that the lady who made my coffee was also making coffees with her excessively long, filthy nails. My coffee was primarily ice and no flavor. She didn't use enough milk, so it was mostly black. I asked her to please replace it, and she did so but with an attitude. She further aggravated the situation by replacing it for a waterly black coffee. Never again I will go to this location.

Today 1101 S Powerline Rd. Was not serving any breakfast with eggs or meat when this morning they were. I wanted breakfast but instead got coffee only. I am not sure why they were not serving because there was a huge volleyball tournament in the sports complex..
