Ordered ahead a coffee and wrap. Coffee was done but they had no clue I had ordered a wrap. I brought this to their attention and literally one minute later I got a wrap that was not warm and looked as if I got scraps from leftovers. I would not fee this to my dog. Staff doesn’t even acknowledge you, look you in the eye or apologize for their screw up! Will never go to this location again.

worst dunkin i ever been too! i started to think the staff is on the spectrum! …. everytime i order my coffee i ask for oatmilk and everytime they give me regular milk ! i’m lactose and tolerant! pay attention and listen when customers speak!!…they don’t even know how to make coffee it taste like crap or even know what’s on their menu looking at me crazy! get more training!

I go here a lot because it is very close to my job. Without fail, every time I tell myself I will never go back. It is always the workers. They are lazy, ignorant, and simply are just trying to get a check. I get it, we all work but they just do not care. Every single time, the food is rushed and tastes horrible. Please get people in here who actually cares a little!!!!

This is my worst experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts ever and I been going to Dunkin’s for over 10 years. They literally sold me a sandwich that been sitting for hours you can literally see it. I asked to remake and make fresh and they just warmed up the same food and gave it back to me. I asked for a refund and they said no one was there with a code to issue my refund. I left without my food or refund WTH.
August 23, 2025 11:15am. Do better you cannot sell people that food that sitting for hours.

HATE the new staff with a passion. Went there this morning on the way to my physical therapy appointment and I pulled into the drive thru that was backed up waited in line for about 10 minutes didn’t move a single inch so I backed out of the drive thru. I parked and went in the store I ordered my medium iced caramel coffee with the regular 2 cream 2 sugar and a shot of expresso. I’m waiting at the pickup station and there’s already a lady waiting there who made her purchase before me that’s no problem obviously but the guy who ordered after me got his drink before me and the lady that was waiting before me. I could feel her tension and see her frustration. Then they gave me my coffee before she got hers. I felt bad. As the store manager was passing me my coffee from the new girl who made it she gave it a dirty look and so did I. The store manager asked what I ordered and I told her and she gave the new girl a look that didn’t look good. I didn’t want to take the drink because it literally looked like creamer with a shot of expresso or coffee. I’ll add a picture of it. Messing up someone ms coffee is a great way to ruin someone’s morning.

Worker self handling was not sanitary

Staff is not pleasant. They do not say thank you. I had asked for a large hot coffee with milk only. They had put in cream instead. When I had asked that they do one with milk they acted like they were doing me a favor. No 'oh sorry about that' I was very pleasant and polite and they never did say thank you even originally with Cashier I had paid when placing the order.
