I’ve been coming to Cara’s smoothie bar in Deerfield Beach since 2008, and it’s honestly one of my favorite places in town. The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and made with real ingredients—but what really makes this place special is Cara herself.

She’s always there with a smile, and over the years her shop has turned into more than just a spot to grab something healthy. It’s a place to hang out, talk, laugh, and connect. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, Cara treats everyone like family. You’ll usually find a few locals hanging out, chatting at the bar—it’s like a little community gathering spot.

“I haven’t had Smoothie King in forever so I randomly decided to stop in at this location. Lauren was so helpful with the menu. she was also very friendly and I ended up getting an Angel Cake smoothie after she recommended it. So good and I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back here again.“

“I want to recognize Stephanie by telling her boss Mark that she is an excellent employee. She was very patient with us, allowing us to take forever to make up our mind to decide on the flavor therefore making the experience at this place an A+ one. When people are treated well, many of us do not mind paying for the experience and cost becomes secondary. The ice cream is exceptional. Also, they stamp your parking ticket so you don’t have to pay to park in the parking lot behind the place. Fully recommend. I wish I lived closer.“
