“Great food for people with celiac/lymphatic drainage/autoimmune issues. Very knowledge & friendly staff on which products are best for certain food allergies although almost all I can handle especially the pastries which is really hard to find so I’m glad this place keeps everything celiac-friendly by using the right organic sweeteners! I can literally emotionally eat 3 chocolate chip cookies and a scone without feeling sick & sometimes that’s all a girl needs on her worst days! Also their soups, salads & smoothies are so delicious!“

“Stopped by Vale in Delray Beach and had an awesome experience. The food is super fresh, clean, and you can tell they actually care about quality ingredients—not just marketing it as “healthy.” Everything tasted great and didn’t feel heavy after eating, which is exactly what I’m looking for.
Shoutout to Izzy who helped me out—she was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience smooth. She gave solid recommendations and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

“What a wonderful visit to this beautiful restaurant! We love the location and being so close to the Ave and enjoying the A1A sights. The service was top notch, servers were polite and helpful and constantly cleaning up. Dee made sure to introduce himself and ask us how our visit was going. He was so thoughtful, kind, and personable and really made us feel welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious! The gluten free bread is the best around.“

Came in on a Thursday afternoon between 1–2 pm and Jamie was working completely by himself with about 12–15 customers in the store. Even though he was extremely busy, he stayed calm, efficient, and friendly the entire time. Orders were handled quickly and correctly, and he never made anyone feel rushed or ignored.
Huge shoutout to Jamie for holding it down and doing such a great job under pressure. Tropical Smoothie is lucky to have him!“

“This place blows my mind every time I go in - they have such good food and service. The vibes are there, and the aesthetic is great. Not your traditional "on the ave" restaurant. Priced reasonably considering it's all made fresh for every order. I love the chill radio they play when you're dining in! So good. Every time I go, I try the new vegan soup of the day. I haven't found one I don't like!“
