Rocky is absolutely professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on resolving the problem rather than making it worse.
I had a terrible experience with another location and called Rocky because I had no idea what to do. He listened to me, showed empathy, and even offered to remake my bowl—even though it wasn't his store that made the mistake. He also connected me with the appropriate manager so the issue could be handled properly.

The cashier was nice, black girl with hair pull back. I order just a smoothie. She suggested a wrap with my smoothie. I said okay. The smoothie was fixed quickly, but the person in the took to long to prepare my wrap. I almost ask for my money back. I said why did it took to long, the cashier said because she's by herself, and its busy sorry. It was not busy in the store. It was me, and two people just walked in the door. It took to long to prepare the wrap.
It's was better than yesterday I love the service today
