I’ve been coming to Cara’s smoothie bar in Deerfield Beach since 2008, and it’s honestly one of my favorite places in town. The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and made with real ingredients—but what really makes this place special is Cara herself.

She’s always there with a smile, and over the years her shop has turned into more than just a spot to grab something healthy. It’s a place to hang out, talk, laugh, and connect. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, Cara treats everyone like family. You’ll usually find a few locals hanging out, chatting at the bar—it’s like a little community gathering spot.

“I haven’t had Smoothie King in forever so I randomly decided to stop in at this location. Lauren was so helpful with the menu. she was also very friendly and I ended up getting an Angel Cake smoothie after she recommended it. So good and I’ll definitely go out of my way to come back here again.“

Good staff and they will allow you to sample the ice cream but don't be an annoying dope and sit there and try every type of ice cream like you have never eaten ice cream before !!

What I loved the most about my experience was the fact that the ingredients are very clean and natural. “I had a great experience at Vale Healthy Kitchen in Boca Raton. Everything was very fresh, delicious, and truly healthy. I really liked the wide variety of options they offer you can choose from suggested dishes on the menu or create your own meal, with different portion sizes, prices, and flavors to fit your preferences.

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Even close to closing time, they remained extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service, which really made a difference.

“I have been to this place multiple times and each time, IT HITS. I always get the spicy vegan burger wrap and ITS SOLID EVERYYTIME! It’s tasty, has a kick, and fills you up with just half the sandwich. Everyone’s nice here as well. I’m not sure I have met a comparable bean wrap to this one as of yet. “Love these smoothies when visiting Florida from Mass. But store #2016 was disappointing. The cashier, who was also the store manager, shorted me $1 and change for some reason. Not a huge deal plus I didn’t notice until after I dropped the change she did give me into the tip jar so I don’t say anything. They also served 5 people, who ordered after us, before doing our order. Very frustrating.“

“Fresh Kitchen got the food right! It’s fresh, flavorful and tastes homemade- this is rare for mass-prepped food. And the people are nice. However, I go to Bolay once per week and FK once per quarter. The portions are just so skimpy, I just don’t ever feel I got $20+ worth of food. Today, the server literally shook off the tongs until there was a pinch of spinach left to put in my container as a base and same sentiment for the kale, sprinkled the chickpeas dispensing less than half the scooper and put the rest back. Then, shook a few pieces of sweet potato off the top of the scooper…and put the rest back. It was like she was afraid to pour a scoop. I don’t eat poultry or red meat so I have to eat more food to get enough calories per meal. Fk meals are a snack before dinner. I would totally eat there at least once per week if I wouldn’t leave hungry. Another win for them…they shine like a diamond in the snack department. Also rare in the industry is a decent lower sugar vegan snack! The vegan chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously amazing! I buy 3 packs at a time every time. Sometimes I just go there for them alone!“
