The food was really good, and everything else was nice overall. However, the customer service could definitely be better. The cashier didn’t acknowledge me when I walked up and finished her conversation before assisting me. She also looked very young, so I’m not sure if that played a role, but either way, I don’t think that’s great customer service especially in a restaurant industry.. Overall, good food, but the service could use some improvement.
Came to try pura vida in DelRey beach and everything was delicious!! But what made the whole experience fantastic was our great waiter Santi!!! He was so courteous, kind, and professional!!! 10/10 employee!
