“Stopped by Vale in Delray Beach and had an awesome experience. The food is super fresh, clean, and you can tell they actually care about quality ingredients—not just marketing it as “healthy.” Everything tasted great and didn’t feel heavy after eating, which is exactly what I’m looking for.

Shoutout to Izzy who helped me out—she was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience smooth. She gave solid recommendations and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

Very knowledge & friendly staff on which products are best for certain food allergies although almost all I can handle especially the pastries which is really hard to find so I’m glad this place keeps everything celiac-friendly by using the right organic sweeteners! I can literally emotionally eat 3 chocolate chip cookies and a scone without feeling sick & sometimes that’s all a girl needs on her worst days! “I had a great experience at Vale Healthy Kitchen in Boca Raton. Everything was very fresh, delicious, and truly healthy. I really liked the wide variety of options they offer you can choose from suggested dishes on the menu or create your own meal, with different portion sizes, prices, and flavors to fit your preferences.

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Even close to closing time, they remained extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service, which really made a difference.

“I was here yesterday. Although I never comment on things, I must give a review for Nova FRESH KITCHEN. The food was wonderfully delicious!!! They offer a very large selection. The presentation of the food was so beautiful. My meal was serviced with an orchard on my plate. The restaurant is very clean and pretty making for a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and kind the second you walk in and the food is always fresh and yummy! Also a super clean & inviting atmosphere which makes me feel at ease that the food preparation is just as cleanly.“

“Clean, tasteful, fresh and no fillers. A little on the pricey side but they are generous with their portions and fresh ingredients. You receive a real fruit smoothie without any additives or sugars. I much prefer a smaller real smoothie to a fake chemical smoothie. The taste of each smoothie is delicious and well blended. Not too watery and a balanced consistency. The easy order kiosk is great for convenience. They are generous with samples so you can try other items you may like. I started with the Purple Haze and sampled the Blue Banana. The Blue Banana was so good I came back to order a large one the next day.“

Not only were they super efficient in whipping up delicious smoothies as always specified and their care for each customer truly stands out. The atmosphere is of a fast food restaurant, but the food prices are much more. Food is high quality, but, they put it all in 1 bowl, which seems to take away the taste appreciation for each element. 'The Bowl' is the trendy thing now, but for this great food, it'd be better if it were separated. I lived in Syria and Dubai for 8 years and had plenty of authentic Arabic food, and this restaurant had the flavors.“
