I picked up my drink this morning shortly after 7. When I got to work and took a big sip, something red passed through my straw and into my mouth. It looks like someone’s clothing or material is falling into the drinks.
I tried calling twice with no answer and wanted to let you know. I am not going to finish this drink because I am unsure if there is more in it. I am not upset, I just wanted to make you aware.
Name was Creed on the cup.

Unless you are ordering on the app or drive through prepare to be disappointed. They have minimal customer service experience. 20-25 minutes for a coffee and wrap ( that is being heated up, not prepared in store) is a terrible service and customer experience. Unfortunately this is not my first time being disappointed at this location.

I love when I pull through the drive thru every morning and Ali is there! She is always so friendly and sweet. The drinks and food are wonderful too of course, but its nice to see a friendly face when you’re up so early.

My new favorite is the pumpkin spice ice cream chai. So delicious 😋. The atmosphere is always busy with professionals and students doing their work. The staff is always friendly and ready to give you suggestions if needed. Free refills are always nice.

Girl with long braids on the evening of 6/27 pushed for a tip and messed up our order.
This location is fairly close to my house and unfortunately I try to avoid it as much as I can. People are sarcastic and have an attitude. This morning I ordered coffee beans through the app. I go inside to pick it up after 10 mins. It’s not ready. There is literally no one in the store other than 7-8 people working there. The guy says just go pick it up if we have it. I ask him I wanted it grounded and what’s the point of ordering ahead of time. In response he rudely said “you tell me”. Just so I can get out of there, I went and found the beans, gave it to another person to get it ready for me. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder Starbucks is struggling so much. It’s because of people like this. I remember a time where Starbucks staff actually cared and actually did what they’re getting paid for.
