I have been going to this location for a while now and never felt the need to write a review. However, today’s experience was so different and great I just had to make sure it is recognized. Steven the manager was very attentive and the baristas were all incredibly helpful. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left , I felt very welcomed. Took me back to the when Starbucks was coming up and everyone was nice and happy to help. Keep it up !
I always come here because it is on my way to work and normally it is great. As of recently the line has taken 30 + minutes in the drive thru and attitude of new staff is dismissive. They accidentally made my drink a grande today so I asked for it to be remade as Venti and I watched her pour my grande into a venti and fill the rest with ice. really crazy for a $7 coffee.
This location actually makes their drinks correctly. They have true barista‘s, and very friendly staff. I come here a couple times a week, and have been nothing but satisfied as of late. The drive-through moves very quickly. I only spend on average a few minutes in line. And the inside is always clean with plenty of seating.
