Still waiting for a reply on a complaint I made July 28th regarding an overcharge on my debit card. No reply from local shop and only reply I got from the corporate office was they would have the local office contact me, which they did not as of 8/14.
The bathrooms were trashy, all of the tables were Dirty, they didn’t have any cones, no pralines & cream, the employees told the woman ahead of us that she couldn’t get a sample because of COVID & they didn’t seam to know what they were doing. We were very sad. We won’t be back. No good customer service any more

Friendly service was noted, with fresh breakfast sandwiches and donuts available. The standout of the visit was the employee named Coffey, who made the experience great with a positive attitude. The love potion, Cookie Monster, and Rocky Road ice creams were also highlighted as delicious choices.
