Bogey's Bar & Restaurant

I cannot say enough to express how great our experience was this evening. The food was amazing as always. We agreed our waiter was the best waiter we can remember having anywhere- he was personable, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. I will mark this as yet another phenomenal birthday dinner at Bogeys. Thank you for helping end the day on a high note. 10/10 I would urge anyone to dine here before they close in the new year!

Enjoyed a fine birthday dinner with friends. Six of us well taken care of by Malorie,with help from Danica and Chloe. Two bottles of KJ Chardonnay, fried chicken skins for appetizer, shrimp, fish, pork chop and cheese steak sandwich for entrees. Key lime pie for dessert. We all agreed we're glad we chose Bogey's!

I usually love coming here and always have a great time, but tonight was quite different. I ordered a burger with raw cucumbers instead of lettuce, but our waitress hesitated and said it couldn't be done. I completely understand that substitutions can be tricky, so I simply asked for a regular burger and a baked potato instead. What I received, however, was an overcooked burger topped only with tomatoes and a similarly overcooked baked potato. We found ourselves waiting a long time, watching our waitress attend to every other table multiple times before she finally checked on us. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Update: We went again with some visiting family that really wanted to go somewhere that had live music in an upscale environment. This time the salad was spot on! Thank you. The food was great! Ordered several of the appetizers and they were so good! Please serve your fried pickles on your dinner menu! The live music was exactly what we were looking for!

We enjoyed the ambiance, the live music and the waitress very much! The entrées were good, not great.
We love a good salad with our meal, and the salads were dry, wilted, and sparse. The tomatoes and cucumbers were literally dry looking. The lettuce was just the hearts of the leaf, and sprinkled with some shredded carrots. How they ever left the kitchen like that, we have no idea... May be a small thing to some, but at the price of these meals, we expected better.

Food super delicious. Wait staff Courtney impeccable and personable. Thanks to Michelle and her husband for a meal that perfectly complimented us at our family reunion in the party room. I highly recommend this place.

A hidden gem! If ur ANYWHERE near Defuniak Springs, Bogies is a MUST stop & visit. The food is incredible (steaks, shrimp, pork chop)! The service extraordinary ... the atmosphere well worth experiencing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My husband & I went to Ponce De Leon Springs last week .
On our way back to Pensacola. We found this AMAZING Restaurant !

The Food , Prices , Atmosphere, & Our Server Larry was AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We haven't found a place like this in a long time !

From starters to desert was awesome. The grouper was great. The cheesecake was a perfect treat at the end. Ashley gave great service and guidance on selections from the menu. We will be back!

The service is wonderful! The food is pretty good too. I love the Crab Cakes and Pickle Fries. The Chicken Sandwich that I got is nice and super filling!
