Came in to grab something quick and familiar and I think that was the problem. While the food took a bit to be prepped, I assumed that the food would be fresh and warm but that was not the case. Drove about to 2 minutes from the location and by the time I sat down to eat the food wasn’t even lukewarm. Doesn’t help when the sandwiches are very messy and done with a heavy hand for the mustard. The chicken fries were different from what I’ve had before with a much more airy interior and less crispy exterior. Didn’t help that they ran out of soda choices and napkins either. Maybe just bad timing on what they had available but overall disappointing.

We were in the drive-through for 30 minutes or more just for our order to get taken, and there was only three cars in the drive-through and the car in front of us was still waiting at the window for their food by the time we left finally somebody takes our order And I ordered one thing and then I waited like another five minutes to order another thing and then I ordered three SpongeBob meals and the guy goes oh my God and turns off his mic and doesn’t answer us And we were saying hello and not one word he was so rude and disrespectful, we just left with no food and If you don’t like your job, you should not work there no wonder why you guys have a two point something rating because you guys have horrible workers and don’t even deserve a two point star rating, Mind you as I was waiting in the drive-through for 30 minutes or more. There was cars behind me waiting even Longer and the line kept piling up because whoever was taking orders was not taking orders, and I was not the only car that left. There was multiple cars that left in anger. And mind you I never go to Burger King and this is the first time in a long time that I went to Burger King because of the Christmas parade and there is no line So my family decided to go to Burger King to get some food after the Christmas parade And it was horrible, and this is exactly why I don’t go to Burger King Especially this location and whoever took orders last night needs to get fired Which was 11-06-2025 at 8:00 PM Even people that went inside the lobby, walked out with no food and was mad sooner or later with the employees you guys have, they will be the reason you guys get shut down.

Came on a Saturday lobby wasn't supposed to close until 12. The guy at the register even asked us do we want it for here or to go. As we get our food guy comes out from the back who I believe was manager and says our lobby closes at 11. It was 1053. Then he proceeds to start mopping around us. Then he says my lobby is closing in 2 mins. He kept mopping by us trying to get us to leave out. Feeling uncomfortable we had no choice but to take our food out to the car to finish eating it. If your going to make up your own closing times then take the time off the door because its a lie. 0 stars

I don't ever get Burger King but last night I wanted something different. So, I gave it a chance... Only to find a very long blonde hair in my food and it was pretty obvious that the blonde working there was the culprit. Spent $27 on two meals just to be sick to my stomach.

I ordered a combo meal and one of the items was missing. I also ordered a side of onion rings and they were soggy. They also forgot my sauce. This was my first time at this store and more than likely will be my last. Why is the simplest things the hardest for some people?

Staff is decent, food is ok, but there is only ever 2 people working and it takes way too long to even be able to order and then a ling wait time on food. They really need more staff to be able to keep up with the customers.

They need to shut this place down, the wait takes forever over the simplest order and you'll have to wait for atleast 10 minutes in the drive through before your even able to place a simple order, do yourself a favor and pick somthing else and avoid the aggravation.

Went there today in high hopes of trying the new melts that were being advertised all over the restaurant.. not gonna lie, I was VERY disappointed they couldn’t find it in the system. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was descent & the fries were cold. What a day!😅

The last time I ordered I was missing something I ordered. It is plain as day on the receipt but definitely not in the bag. I ordered when I was at work so I would have it on my lunch break so there was no way for me to go down anywhere I didn't have time. But what really happens when someone complains about their situation and what happened pretty much nothing. Burger King used to be really good now they are just really really bad

Fast, fresh and friendly. Diamond and Kayla were polite and efficient and had me in and out in under 10 minutes for an 2 person order with NO issues.
