Was waiting 15 minutes after their advertised opening time for them to open. After I finally got in it took me another 15 just to pay for my food. Unbelievably slow service.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE be aware!!! I visited this store on 11/08/25, and they charged my credit card $65.39 for 3 burrito bowls and 1 large bag of chips. I have emailed them twice through the Chipotle website, and no one has contacted me so far.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I was overcharged. I paid $39 plus tax, but they charged me double. So please, if you ever visit this store, make sure to check the receipt and verify what you’re being charged, because they can charge you more.

Both my husband and I ended up sick after ordering take-out from here. My beef barbacoa salad had 1/2 inch of liquid in the bottom of it, and the beef was cold and super fatty. I threw it up about 4 hours later. My husband's carne asada burrito bowl tasted good, but he's had an upset stomach all last night and today. Overall a terrible experience we won't be repeating.

I spent almost two hours going back and forth between corporate and the store because they claimed they couldn’t find my order. When I finally got in touch with the store, they acted as if I was lying about ordering from them. Everything else was fine, but the rice was undercooked. When I brought it up, they treated me like I was just trying to get more than what I paid for.After our conversation I told them it’s fine they can keep the money cause my time is more valuable. I just wished they had more empathy for their costumers I literally came off a 10 hour shift got my food and came home. Now if I would’ve went in store telling them I wanted my meal remade I would’ve had to wait and dealt with the scrutiny .

My first time at the restaurant will not be going back. I talked to Emmanuel in Corporate and he say oh well we can’t give you an any money I wasn’t looking for money. I was wanting them to do something about the cashier and the lies and the food serviceso I will not be going back. I hear too many stories and they’re the dirtiest restaurant known they’re always being closed down because they’re filthy.

I seen the new honey chicken do I decided to ask the cashier if the chicken was thighs she said no it’s white meat , breast I said are you sure. She asked a cook & he said it’s breasts so I said “ all the chicken is breasts” they said yes. I didn’t believe it so I ordered steak. I’m glad I did because after leaving I google checked if chipotle changed from thighs to breasts ( I wish they would) but nope they didn’t. Crazy to me that not only a cashier but even the cook doesnt know what type of meat is being served. This guy really thought he was cooking breasts? Little baby breasts ? Crazy.

Subpar. The portion sizes are small. Not a joke in any form- they give you the serving spoon’s depth worth of rice. Don’t be swindled out of your money.
