Staff communicated well and we're extremely friendly with customizations and substitutions, and the store was well-staffed and worked well even with a busy drive-thru lane and moderate in-store customers!!

We tried to use the app to make our order in which it was not letting us order what we needed. Then we go in only to find there are just 2 kiosks, which then wouldn't connect to our app for our points. The order didn't come through correctly, so we had to have them correct it. Bit of a hassle ordering, but they staff was helpful and nice. They got everything corrected and handled promptly for such a large order.

Update: this location is a much better customer friendly store. They all were very friendly and helpful this manager was a very friendly person unlike the new one at the Dunkin on Garfield. I'll go to this store any day and twice on Sundays before I go to the Garfield location.
