Great food & cool vibes, we will definitely be back
This is a must! I just tried a few items because I was searching for a local coffee shop open and didn’t realize I had this so close to home. I tried the cheeseburger with local farmed beef I only ate a few bites of the bread, but they definitely butter it and grill it. I mean, who doesn’t love a grilled bun. The coffee is DELICIOUS! Very bold coffee and lots of options. The smash burgers are to die for. I drive an hour away from home to treat myself to this place! 10/10 recommend!!

The atmosphere at Friend of the Farmer Cafe feels like a tropical paradise. The place has many plants, shade, industrial fans and great tunes, with a relaxing and natural place. The coffee is great; basic black coffee and iced coffee with a touch of honey are served. The food served a delicious burger that is lighter than a typical grease filled burger, a chicken salad burger, a quinoa burger and amazing breakfast sandwiches. Group loved the fresh tasting flavors and the attention to detail is subtle. The cafe is a hidden gem in the city of Deland, a beautiful place with gorgeous plants. Many will definitely be back.
