I came in on a Tuesday evening to order in person. I ordered a spicy tuna roll, a dynamite roll, a spicy crab and smelt roe. After leaving I realized there was an issue with the order. Instead I received a butterfly roll, a salmon sashimi and a spicy crab roll (which was the only item I got that I actually ordered). I called back to try and get the order fixed and and all he did was tell me I ordered two things I didn't want and didn't ask for one item entirely. He never apologized or offered to fix my order. I paid cash and didn't get a receipt (my bad for not requesting one). He didn’t care that he was losing a customer even when told that's what was going to happen. Suffice to say that I won’t ever be going back.
