My husband and I went for a date on Christmas Day it was very good food very busy day so it would have made sense if the waitress was not very attentive however she was always checking in on us making sure we were all good and that our coffees were filled at all times definitely recommend the caramel pancakes

On multiple occasions I have tried to doordash here unsuccessfully. I cancel the orders because they're over 15 minutes late. They have no system for delivery you just get to sit there in the cluster of people as if you're a customer.

I’ve stopped at this location multiple times during the day and at night. Every time I stopped there at night they only have one waitress for the entire floor. Tonight was no exception. Hostess/Manager says there is a waiting list and it will be about 45 minutes. We sat and waited. Multiple groups before us decided to leave. When it was finally our turn to get table the hostess/manager decides that we are not getting a table and the she will only do take out orders. Needless to say we ended up walking away from the restaurant.

First time at an IHOP in years. Sunday morning we knew it was gonna be busy. But, it really wasn’t. The food was good, but the waitresses and servers were the worst I’ve ever experienced. Took 25 min to seat us, and there were at least ten open tables, another 30 min to take our order, and once we were done eating no one ever came to take the check. Went up front to give check to our waitress and she waived me away. We ended up finding someone to take our payment, but just bad customer service all around.

IHOP has always been the goto for anyone who wants home cooked.meals but just doesnt want to cook and do dishes. This location has the best staff and the cleanest environment. Food is average but average is great when you are exhausted and believe me..the staff make up for it. Friendly and quick. Love this place. Good coffee and the sampler is the way to go.

Two years ago, I had a bad experience at this iHop, as the waiter was super rude at me and asked me to leave because I had overstayed my welcome. It turns out that I had told the prior waitress that I was there for breakfast, but that I was in the middle of work and needed to get some things done using the iHop WiFi. I even told her that I was possible going to have lunch. Well, I had both, breakfast and lunch and gave the same waiter a nice tip. But another waitress came to me and told me, in a very rude way, that this was not a WiFi cafe and that I needed to unoccupy the premises for other customers. The funny thing was that the place was never busy from 9 AM until 2 PM, so I didn’t know what she was talking about. Anyway, 2 years later, I decided to give this place another chance and I was fortunate to get Elizabeth. She was cordial and on top of her game. When I placed my order I saw a nice smile coming from her and I immediately felt at ease and welcomed. She made no mistakes on my order and brought everything that I needed. She even brought me a glass of water and reminded me that my meal came with unlimited pancakes. I then talked to LeAnn, her manager, and it was also a treat talking to her and letting her know how amazing was Elizabeth. That Elizabeth was a true reflection of her management style and that she should be proud. Needless to say, Elizabeth’s great attitude and customer service has returned my faith in good customer service in a time when good customer service has gone out the window. ?
