Piss poor customer service plain and simple. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo (full size) and what they gave me was hard probably from sitting under the lamp for a bit. I asked for a fresh one in which they said well it’s going to take 6-7 minutes and I agreed to wait. What I got when I reached home was the cheaper chicken sandwich on the value menu due to its size probably because they didn’t want more spoilage or something. We called ahead to make sure that we could do take out and we were told by an employee that we could. When we got to the store and employee came to the front door and told us we had to walk through the drive-through. Went through told to do this I decided it would be wise to record the turn of events as we walked through the drive-through. Absolutely terrible customer service! They are SO rude!! This is is the 3rd time I have been to this location and wait over 25 mins in the drive thru for a kids meal! Not to mention the employees were completely bothered by the fact they had to work. They looked miserable! Not worth it when chick-fil-a is right up the street.
