Alicia R. is the absolute sweetest and is such an asset. It’s always a joy to come through the drive through to such a kind person. She always ensures orders are right and gets things out in a timely manner.
Fast and nice environment
It’s always a good experience when I come before 7am. The crew knows me and always makes sure that my drink is perfect to start my day. The lady at the window with the blond wavy hair and glasses is so polite as well as the 2 guys that are there most days. However, today I went around 10 to get a drink and a snack for my kids. The hot coffee is smooth and bold, and a customer recommends this location over the one in North DeLand. For keto, a hot drip coffee with a splash of heavy cream is a good option. However, some experiences were negative. One customer ordered a hot coffee by accident on the mobile app but was treated upset when asking for it iced; the replacement was watery and had no cold foam. Another customer was told a cup was 50% off, but it rang up full price, which was devastating. Parking is also an issue, as the location needs more space. Despite the mistakes, a customer's usual Carmel Ribbon Crunch with no whipped cream and extra crunch was made with perfection and was thick.
