I have no idea what the complaints are about? I have been going there since they opened, On line ordering almost everytime. Place the order, pay, drive there and in many cases the order is ready when I walk in the door. I have had 1 problem with my order in the past (they forgot my side item, no biggie) other than that top notch service and quality!!
The food is good, but good cripes, why does the drive thru take so long??!? I’ve waited 23 mins before…and that’s not even uncommon. The real question here is WHY do I wait… you win this one, TSC, you win this one….

Perfect order online experience, our acai bowls were ready when we arrived and tasted so good! Also I was surprised to learn they have a no tipping policy, I wanted to tip because employees were so nice and food prepared so well. We will be back to try that new spinach feta breakfast wrap!
