Starbucks is Starbucks as products go, but each location matters. The one in Deland has gone awry and messed up our orders 5 times in a row. DangUpdate 2022... very much improved, orders correct, friendly staff. Raised the rating.Updated 2023 - 2024: love going there. The staff is great and know us well and our preferences, atmosphere good for a time out meeting with my husband.

Today they offer buy one get one free drinks if you have the app. So I went and ordered two venti caramel crunch Frappuccinos. When I got them I took a sip and it was awful no sweetness to it at all. Call them and they said they would replace them. Went back picked them up same thing no sweetness at all. I have ordered from there several times before and always got a good one. What a waste of time!!! Will never go back there again!!?

Night Staff was very nice and welcoming when I was inside the store working. Very polite and friendly as well and the store was clean.
I was watching the staff work and it was Luke a precision engin working at peak efficiency. These people deserve more money for the amazing efficiency.

Store was very busy this morning. I waited for about 20 minutes to pick up my mobile order but I understood why while I was standing there the team was diligently working to keep up with the amount of orders that were flooding in. Saw a lot of DoorDash orders with multiple drinks piling in and the team was working very hard to keep up. Most may leave a bad review when having to wait but seeing that they truly were trying while being overwhelmed with orders I wanted to leave a positive one. My coffee was freshly made and I appreciate all of their hard work. :)
