Ordered burritos... they were massive.... but had NO MEAT in them. I ordered a steak one and a chicken one. The chicken one literally had 3 pieces of chicken in it! I couldn't even believe it! I was flabbergasted. Nothing but rice..

No one greeted us or even acknowledged us last night when my husband and I came in to order food, in fact we literally waited in front of the employees while they spoke to each other and totally ignored us for several minutes. This upset me because in my day, it was REQUIRED to be kind and courteous, acknowledging customers the minute they entered the restaurant or you were fired. Honestly the coldness of the staff really makes Moe's look bad and all around an uncomfortable vibe. The food was ok, but on top of it the staff had an attitude and were very slow. It's sad to see how much Moe's has degraded through the years. My husband and I decided we won't be back.

Come here on Moe Mondays. Great place. Super friendly staff. I like to get the bowl with corn and veggies on it. I really like when they offer the BOGO entree or the free queso days on the app

I have been dining at this Moe’s location for the past twelve years and cannot praise the staff enough. I am moving out of state and I will definitely miss the friendly faces at this location.
To me, good customer service is not a lack of mistakes (although that is definitely a plus). Good customer service is care for your customers and doing everything to rectify mistakes. In my twelves years here, they have only ever made two mistakes and both times they went above and beyond to fix the issues (fixing my order and then giving me an additional free meal for my next visit).
I would also like to give a special shoutout to Justin (if I remember correctly, he’s an assistant manager or a manager). He is extremely kind and provides amazing customer service. My roommate and I would often get “Moe’s Monday” via the app and Justin would always greet us and be ready with our order or politely let us know our order was in progress. He learned our names and cared about making sure we had a great customer experience.
If I were to have one complaint, it is not about this establishment but about Moe’s in general. I miss the yellow cheese. The new white cheese is not sharp enough for my liking, especially in a quesadilla. Either way, this is a minute thing and does not affect my feelings about this specific location.
As I move out of state I want to thank the staff of the DeLand Moe’s for a great twelve years and I wish the staff the best in the future.
Whether you are just passing through town or live in DeLand, I recommend you eat at the DeLand Moe’s for the good food and fantastic customer service.

Fancy ass moes right here! For starters- freshest ingredients of any moes ive been to- a little sparse option wise but so fresh and delicious. The drink selection was wild. They had 3 types of lemonade, a small fountain machine, and icees! Coke iced and a lemonade one with like 5 flavor options- so crazy! And to top it off, they had tons of sauce/salsa options and free toys/coloring stuff for kids or whoever wants to utilize them. Very cool
THIS is what Moe’s is supposed to be like!!! Great food, fast and fresh!!!! Coming from the disastrous Palm Coast location, this was a great experience!!! Music was great too!!

Haven't been in years and tried it out again. Nope. Not good. Stale chips and burrito was mostly rice and very Lil protein. Not worth the money even as a cheap meal.
First time to this location but the second time I've actually been to a Moe's. The food was delicious. I got a bowl with the adobo chicken, brown rice, black beans, peppers and onions, corn, pico de gallo, guacamole, bacon bits, and Moe's sauce on top. Mom got nachos and her man got a burrito. All got medium drinks. The bowl and burrito comes with a side of chips. My mom got her chips for her nachos on the side instead of how they're normally made, which was nice. My mom is a rewards member, and we got a drink and either my bowl or his burrito free. I definitely recommend this place. Music isn't too loud, either.
EDIT: The hours on Google aren't accurate of when they open and close as well. They open at 10:30am and close at 10pm.
