The atmosphere and service were fantastic—friendly staff and a great location. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the same level. It’s the kind of place you’d appreciate more at the end of a long night, but for a sit-down meal, it left us wanting more flavor and quality.

just waited 45 minutes for the worst tacos I've ever had in my life. i ordered the upstate neighbor and it was missing half the ingredients in was supposed to have and it had so much blue cheese on it, it was pretty much inedible. paid 13 bucks for it too. not happy tbh.

I love this place. It’s right next to a brewery and on Fridays there is the Artisan Farmers Market.Tacos are delicious, rowdy neighbor is my go to.I tried the donuts and they were very uncooked :/ hopefully they will be better next time

Canned mushrooms on a cold tortilla. Not gonna lie, it was suspiciously fast. But terrible. The food is terrible.

I ordered fries, the menu said fries, cheese, pickled jalapenos, and special sauce.After waiting over 20 minutes I got a paper boat with a pile of what appeared to be cat food.When I asked what it was I was informed it is their 'special sauce' which is apparently a mystery meat based sauce.I don't eat meat, so I just threw the whole thing in the trash. Then I asked for my water, I was told it was in the ice cooler however that was empty so he gave me a warm one from off the floor inside.In short I paid $15 for a bottle of warm water.I feel if you are going to add meat to a sauce it should be labeled in the description.Also how bad is the quality of this meat that you can put it in all the sauce but charge TWO dollars extra for black bean patty? What planet is meat cheaper than beans?

Worst tacos everrrrr! $7 salsa was gross. Beef super bland. Tortilla cold and chewy. Salsa so bland weird flavor and expensive. Pork so dry unedible. Chips were bad and werid flavor.Only thing thats good was the fries and only good as the rest was so bad.Mushroom tacos were edible but not tasty or fresh.3 of 5 orders went directly into the trash. Complaimed to the kids working there and they were totally indifferent...Nothing artisan here. Avoid!Choulula hot sauce couldn't even save this one...

This was one of the first restaurants I tried in downtown DeLand on the Friday night "Farmers Market" and it was amazing. I got the Raver neighbor (pictured), and on another occasion the Plain Jane Neighbor. They both were excellent! I loved the flavors of both. It loses a star for service only because of that wait time, otherwise staff was very nice and accommodating. The homemade ranch is the bomb. As far as seating goes there's only 4 tables and chairs so when it's busy it's pretty hard to find a place to sit, but other than that I highly recommend.

Parking: You will have to use the public parking in downtown DeLand. It's free. This business does not have a specific lot for it's business.
