First time I got a Pappa John's pizza, extra large Shaq a Roni, Best pizza I've had in a long time, will be ordering again
The GM did nothing to resolve someone using my card on 3 occasions to the tune of over $132! They have the ability to track the perpetrator with very little effort in accordance with their Corporate Privacy Policy. She did nothing but tell me to "GET A NEW CARD!" And hung up on me.
She made no attempt to do any research to identify the perpetrator, cancel the order or block my card. They have all the tools and ability to do this. My bank reversed the charges and are doing...read full review
I received the wrong pizza and the cheese was slopped to the side. I called them regarding it being wrong and was told that it showed differently on their end. They offered a free pizza and it was delivered promptly however it was sloppy, runny and disgusting. Whoever the kitchen team is they take no pride in their work.
